Terms and Conditions

For a wedding a £1000 non-refundable first payment is required on booking, which will be deducted your total venue fee. Should you need to change the date it will not affect you as long as we have at least 9 months’ notice, after that date the total cost is payable for rooms and venue fee. The maximum number of guests at a wedding is limited to 150.

For all weddings, all the rooms, suites and lodges must be booked for both nights with a minimum of 24 adults for dinner on the wedding eve, and a maximum of 32 residents on site including all children.

One room, suite or lodge is included in your wedding fee.

A £250 refundable deposit is required to ensure that everything, including any rubbish is removed from the site after the wedding. All damages must be paid for.

All suppliers and caterers coming on site must have public liability insurance, relevant licenses and hygiene certificates. Caterers will be required to pay us a fee of £150 for use of a 30’ x 10’ marquee, four trestles tables, electric and water before the event. They must remove all of their rubbish from site on the night of the wedding. All caterers are required to visit the site at least a month before your wedding. All fees must be paid at least one month before the wedding.

Due to the proximity of our neighbours, live bands must finish by 10.00pm, with all music finishing at 12.00pm on the evening of your wedding, and non-residents off site by 12.30am. All amplified music must go through our speakers, (supplied by Direct Acoustics). This is a requirement of Denbighshire County Council.

Check-in is from 3.30pm.
